ADMISSION PROCEDURE

All the applications will be processed in order of Merit. The list of selected candidates will be published on the notice board. The final selection will be done through an entrance test. Prescribed Application Forms for Application will be made available from 15th of January of each year.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR KINDERGARTEN TO CLASS VIII

Application for admission, on prescribed forms, will be accepted from 15th of January to the 15th of March., unless otherwise specified by the school authorities. The candidates shall appear in the entrance test on the specified date after which the names of candidates selected for the 'admission procedure' shall be displayed on the School Notice Board. A list of the wait-listed candidates shall also be displayed simultaneously. The selected candidates have to complete the entire admission procedure on or before the dates (as mentioned in the calendar on. of this prospectus). Failure to complete the admission procedure shall bar the candidate from further consideration and the seat shall be passed on to the wait-listed candidate.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR CLASS - IXth

Application for admission , on the prescribed forms , will be accepted immediately from 15th of January to the 15th of march. The candidates shall appear in the entrance test on the specified date after which the names of the candidates selected for the "admission procedure" shall be displayed on the school notice board. A list of the wait-listed candidates shall also be displayed simultaneously. The selected candidates have to complete the entire admission procedure on or before the dates ( as mentioned in the calendar on page No. of this prospectus). Failure to complete the admission procedure shall bar the candidate from further consideration and the seat shall be passed on to the wait-listed candidate.

Each application must be accompanied by :

• An attested copy of the marksheet of the last examination passed.

• Two recent passport size photograph of the student.

• An attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate of the student.

• A relevant certificate if the student belongs to SC/ST/OBC Category
